The space

Mini studio type small room (8M2). Refurbished in December 2022. Bed of 1.35 in the loft. Toilet, shower and kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and kitchen utensils (toaster, kettle, etc.). In the center of Madrid and one street away from Plaza del dos de Mayo, it is ideal to spend a few days in Madrid.

This accommodation, in the style of the small studios in Paris, is a beautiful and recently renovated place to enjoy the atmosphere of Malasaña and get to know Madrid. Due to the small size of the studio, the work of space utilization has been enormous. The furniture, made to measure, has allowed to use every centimeter of space to get that - although tiny - has everything you need.

A) What you will and will NOT find in the accommodation

A.1 Towels and bed linen

a) For stays of one week or less (7 nights), we leave the beds made and one shower towel and one hand towel per guest. We do not provide additional bed linen or towels.

b) For stays up to 2 weeks (14 nights), we leave the beds made and two shower towels and two hand towels per guest. We do not provide additional bed linen.

c) For stays of 15 nights or more, we make the beds + two shower towels and two hand towels per guest + additional bed linen.

d) For stays of 15 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned and bed linen and towels will be changed every 7 days from the day of check in. The cost of each cleaning (45 €) will be requested to the guest once the service has been carried out.

e) If you think you will need more towels or sheets, please request them in advance. Remember: 5 € each extra set of towels: 10 € each extra set of sheets or blanket. If requested after check in, please note that it will be 10 € more for the delivery service.

A.2. Cleaning supplies and food

In the accommodation we leave basic courtesy items (some rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, some garbage bags ...) so that you have the minimum until you can organize the purchase of the items you need for your stay. Regarding food, due to the health crisis, we avoid leaving food products open and belonging to other guests. You may find some sugar, some oil, some tea ... but in no case we assure that you can find a variety of products. We discard, for obvious hygienic reasons, everything that may have been handled by previous users. Please remember that you are not in a hotel.

B) Breakage and damage

The cost of the loss or damage of the following elements of the property will be as follows:

1)Lost or forgotten keys: full locksmith's bill

2)Breakage/loss of: kitchen furniture; large household appliances (including TV); interior doors; windows; wooden furniture and/or closets; terrace furniture; faucets; bathroom partitions; toilets; mirrors: full invoice for the replacement of the broken or missing element.

3) Breakage/loss of small household appliances: 30€ (except microwave oven 70€)

4)Breakage/loss of glass kitchenware (glasses, plates, cups, small bowls): 2 € per piece

5)Breakage/loss of large bowls (metal/glass): 7 € per piece.

6)Breakage/loss of pots and/or pans: 10 € per piece.

7)Breakage/loss of other kitchen utensils: 3 € per piece.

8)Breakage/loss of dining table: full deposit

9)Breakage/loss of dining room chairs: 100 € per piece

11)Breakage/loss of decorative items (pictures, figures, sculptures, baskets, boxes, bedroom and/or sofa cushions, decorative blankets): 30 € per piece

12)Breakage/loss of auxiliary lamps: 50 € per piece

15)Breakage/loss of bed linen or bath linen: 30 € per piece.

16)Stains of wine, grease, etc. on sofa, curtains, carpets: 80€ per stained piece.

17)Broken/lost ironing board/ironing board: 20 €

C) Prohibited activities and other issues to be taken into account.

- Smoking is not allowed

- Pets will have an additional supplement of 50 €

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Check in: from 4:00 p.m. - Check out: until 12.00 a.m.

- Check in at night (from 10.30 p.m. to 8.00 a.m.) has a supplement of 20 €.

- Silence is requested after 22.00.

D) Conditions of the accommodation at check out

- The house must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order.

- All crockery must be left clean and collected. Dirty dishes may not be left.

- The kitchen must be left with no open food on the countertops or in the refrigerator. Only food that is reusable (sugar, salt, oil, oil, teas, etc.) should be left. All half eaten food or waste should be thrown away.

- It is necessary to take out the garbage. It cannot be left in the apartment.

- Dirty bed linen should be left folded on the bed.

- Dirty towels should be left folded over the toilet.

- Air conditioning/heating must be left off

IMPORTANT: If we receive the apartment in inadequate conditions, we will proceed to request an additional 50 €, without prejudice to the amounts indicated above in case of breakage or loss.

E) Punctuality during check in

- We will adapt to the arrival time. However, we will ask you to be punctual. The guest will set the time of arrival and we will be flexible in case of a normal delay (15 minutes). However, after these 15 minutes of courtesy additional to the time set by the guest, we will charge 10 € for the delay, plus 10 € for each hour thereafter (or the proportional part).

- Obviously, if your plane or train is delayed, you will not have to pay this amount, as long as you have informed us before departure that your flight or train is delayed and we can arrange a new meeting time.
